Can I place the patch directly on my skin? Can I use while sleeping?

Always use as directed. Wear over a layer of clothing to prevent burns. Avoid adding pressure to the heated area as this can cause the heat to intensify. For this reason, we do not recommend sleeping with or laying on the Heat Patch.

Are Pixie Heat Patches reusable?
