What Is Color Therapy?

Color Therapy, also known as chromotherapy, functions through the vibrations that each color gives off. Theory states that all colors have contrasting vibrations, wavelengths, and frequencies, and this is why our moods are altered when wearing different colored glasses.

This also explains why some mood glasses, for example, green, will have you feeling much more optimistic than other colors.

Green Light Therapy

Green chromotherapy light is a saturated and easy tone, and this is where we see the calming health benefits come from! The color green may increase calmness, renewal, optimism, and balance. In Chakra healing practices, green has always been associated with the Heart.

When to Wear Green Glasses

Wear these Color Therapy Glasses to get the healing benefits of the color green. For example, wear when you have a migraine to relieve symptoms. Or wear after a long day at work to ground yourself in the “now”.
